What is Prefabricated Construction
Prefabricated External Wall Panels
Climate wall / External wall load-bearing member are constructed using a 148mm to 248mm framework, typically filled unilaterally with OSB or gypsum board.
Prefabricated Internal Wall Panels
Internal dividing wall panels consist of 73 mm or 98 mm wooden frames without load-bearing function. Isolation, OSB boards (if required), and plasterboards on the wall sides are installed for soundproofing.

Prefabricated Floor Panel
These floor panels are made of c24/30 construction timber with the dimension of 200-300m beam heights. Four sides of 18mm profiles plates are bonded and screwed to the top panel beams.
Prefabricated Roof Panels
Roof panels for the platform part of the framework, are made for spans when applicable for use of regular C24/C30 construction timber. Typical dimensions are from 200 to 300 mm height of beams. Top of panels are typically covered by four side profiled 18mm plywood plates glued and attached to beams by screws.

Prefabricated Truss Panel
Internal section wall panels comprise dual composite wall panels with two load-bearing walls in the air gap and meet fire and sound specifications. Gypsum boards are often used in apartments for fire protection on the sidewalls.
